Since I was a child I always felt inclined to search, investigate, study, and above all experience the process of self-knowledge in human beings.

I am a woman, mother, entrepreneur. Always committed to me and my life goals. I am sure that you, who are reading me, are too, your life has not been easy nor has my life been easy.

I see myself reflected in you and I hope that you see yourself reflected in me, since as human beings we possess that immeasurable greatness of feeling and experiencing life in its entirety.

Just like you, I have had, and still have, uncertainties, fears, insecurities, sadness, and a whole range of emotions that, if I left them without exploring and getting to know them, would destroy me emotionally, physically, and mentally.

So, I prefer to explore them and learn from them instead, opening my heart, experiencing each one, and then letting them go, without obsessions, without attachments... Loving and understanding them.

This is a daily life process in which I find the treasures that life brings me, and this is how I can obtain wisdom, in my path and daily living.

Thanks to the daily experimentation of these philosophies, and knowing how to separate the real from the manipulation, I have achieved the healing of my ancestors and family tree and clarity in my life purpose, thoughts, and actions, and more importantly: I have achieved personal empowerment to live my life purpose.
